The Twitter profile design was updated this evening, reflecting the look of the website. The customization features in Twitter are quite limited, but it is enough to come up with something nice.
Hell yeah, it has. I’m giving up going solo on this project, and I just need to contribute what I’m capable of. Hopefully, I can band together a group of misfits (or just people looking for a portfolio project) that can help with the areas that I can’t do on my own.
Two games you would never think would go together…the acclaimed franchise that revolutionized the fighting genre and introduced us to video-game violence, and Nolan Bushnell’s black-and-white game from ancient times, when dinosaurs roamed the Earth (1972).
Awesome. I asked on the BMXmuseum how to get that darn stem off, and the guys there really helped.
I was able to make some more progress today. I got the grips and brakes off. The grips were on pretty good, but i remember putting them on. I read somewhere to use hairspray and it worked like a charm.
I was able to remove the front brake from the frame today. It took a bit of work, but I finally got it.
Fuckin’ fina-fuckin-ly got that damn pedal off. For anyone who might be reading this thinking, “why the hell is it taking him so long to take apart a bike? I can do that in like 15 nanoseconds,” let me explain.
Well, this is embarrassing…
My buddy came up today to hang out for a bit, have dinner…and I had mentioned to him how I was struggling to get the pedals off. He brought up an adjustable wrench and they pretty much came off no problem. I can’t even believe I don’t have an adjustable wrench.
I tried taking off the pedal again today. Can’t figure it out.
